The service that people receive will be dependent upon a number of factors – their needs, risks issues, their past experiences and their choices.
However, part of the process to determine the most appropriate aspects of service delivery to meet their needs will be to undertake an Alcohol Audit. The score from the audit – alongside the factors outlined above – will determine the type of service that they are offered by us and the pathway below summarises this.
